FNAFI and YesMyPatent, a winning collaboration to protect inventors

FNAFI (Fédération Nationale des Associations Françaises d’Inventeurs) and YesMyPatent have joined forces to present an industrial property protection offer tailored to the needs of independent inventors.

Since 1972, FNAFI has been the national umbrella organization for associations working on behalf of independent inventors. It works to create a legal and fiscal environment favorable to independent inventors, acting as an intermediary between the authorities and inventors, and supporting them in a way that complements the work of Industrial Property Attorneys.

YesMyPatent is the digital platform for Industrial Property Attorneys approved by INPI and the European Patent Office. YesMyPatent has been designed for innovators who want to protect their invention with a patent, easily and quickly and at excellent value for money, and makes patent protection accessible to all.

FNAFI and YesMyPatent are committed to protecting and informing inventors about their intellectual property. YesMyPatent gives inventors access to its secure platform, enabling them to check their invention’s patent eligibility free of charge, simulate costs over 5 years, and be put in touch with one of 25 consultants, all of whom are professional European Patent Attorneys with between 15 and 40 years’ experience in different fields of application.

Within the framework of this partnership, YesMyPatent and FNAFI, along with its member associations, will jointly undertake various types of action (editorial contributions, participation in innovation competition juries, free legal services for winners of inventors’ competitions, etc.), with a view to promoting innovation throughout France.

A winning collaboration that makes YesMyPatent the patent protection partner of FNAFI members, with both players sharing the same objective: to provide easier access to innovation protection for all independent inventors.
