INPI aids
PI pre-diagnosis
Free step required to obtain a PASS PI
This is the first stage in discovering your project. The IP pre-diagnosis is used to verify the company’s need and maturity in terms of IP support.
PASS PI
BPI grants
Diagnostic Innovation
What is it? This is financial assistance provided by the BPI for patentability studies, freedom to operate studies, patent applications, etc.
How much? The Diagnostic Innovation grant covers 50% of YesMyPatent’s fees, with no cash advance as the BPI pays us directly.
Intellectual property strategy diagnosis
What is it? This is a financial aid scheme set up by the BPI to provide tailor-made support in auditing intellectual property strategy and adapting it to the company’s needs.
How much? The Diag stratégie PI grant covers 80% of YesMyPatent’s fees, with no cash advance as the BPI pays us directly.
European aid
What is the Fund? EUIPO has set up a Fund for SMEs in the European Union to subsidize intellectual property rights.
SME Funds, This is a reimbursement program to cover part of the costs of filing patent applications in France and Europe.
CIR & CII
CIR – research tax credit
This is a tax reduction calculated on the basis of the company’s R&D expenditure.
How much? 30% of R&D expenditure, including IP expenses (patent acquisition and maintenance, patent defense costs, patent amortization and patent litigation legal protection).
CII – innovation tax credit
This is atax reduction calculated on the cost of designing and/or producing a prototype.
How much? 20% of the cost of IP (taking out and maintaining patents and plant breeders’ rights, registering designs and models, defending patents, plant breeders’ rights, designs and models, etc. ).
