IPA4SME
IPA4SME grants a financial aid to french companies having a European outreach, after a first diagnosis and application validation.
Validated applications can receive up to € 15 000 to file a European patent, and IPA4SME can fund up to 75% of European Patent Office taxes with a maximum funding of € 2500, together with 50% fees of the IP firm drafting the patent.
Refund is made on taxes and IP firm fees paid invoice. The IP firm needs a European Patent Attorney in its team.
