Annuities

Make sure your patent stays alive

Keeping your patent in force requires payment of an annual fee,
to be paid on the anniversary date of your patent.

Take no risk and entrust your annuities to us

From the first anniversary of your patent application, annuity payments are compulsory.
Forget to pay? Your patent is rejected and the invention falls into the public domain.

Simplify your annuity management:

Automatic renewal

By default, we automatically renew your patent by paying the annuity on the anniversary date. You will receive confirmation and our invoice the following month.

No more risk of forgetting to give your instructions or pay the annuity!

Centralized management

We take care of all administrative formalities and the payment of annual taxes.

Has your patent been extended internationally? We centralize instructions to all foreign agents

Insurance

Equipped with the best management software and a top-notch administrative team, YesMyPatent has claimed zero missed annuity payments in its 10 years of existence.

In the unlikely event of an oversight, our professional insurance covers your financial losses.

Deadlines to be met

Keeping your patent on schedule is crucial to keeping it in force. Annuities must be paid no later than the last day of the anniversary month of filing. If you miss this deadline, an appeal for restoration is possible under strict conditions.

An example:

Filing on June 15, 2024: the 2nd annual instalment can be paid up to June 30, 2025. Please note that INPI will not remind you of this deadline. If you forget, a six-month extension is granted, with a late payment fee of 50% of the annual instalment due. In the event of non-payment and notice of forfeiture, contact us immediately so that we can assist you with any necessary recourse.
